Housing Support Standards - Grantees Only

All DCA-funded ESG, S+C and HOPWA programs, as well as all Balance of State Continuum of Care programs must meet DCA standards for housing support services.  Utilizing a strengths-based approach to promote housing stability, the standards are guided by a philosophy that values participant (meaning clients, consumers, etc.) choice within an atmosphere that promotes respect between staff and participant.
